We use what you give us to research your property, prepare an offer, talk it through with you, and complete a purchase if you accept. We contact you only about the property inquiry you started.
If you give us your mobile number, you may receive text messages from us about your property. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes of any kind.
We share information only as needed to complete a transaction you asked us to pursue — with a title company, escrow officer, or county recorder — or when the law requires it. Service providers that help us run this website and our phone system may handle information on our behalf under contract, and may not use it for their own marketing.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We keep your information as long as we need it to evaluate your property, finish any resulting sale, and meet recordkeeping requirements.
