Teal Ventures Realty · We buy land
We're the company that wrote to you about your land. We buy land directly, in any condition, with our own money — and there's no obligation to accept anything.
If you'd like to know what your property is worth to us, start with the short form. It takes about a minute, and it costs nothing.
Get a cash offer
No obligation. No pressure. We'll simply reach out with a fair offer.
Your information is never sold or shared. It's only used to contact you about your property.
How it works
Your name, a phone number, and whatever you know about the land. If you have our letter, the reference number on it fills in the rest for you.
We look up the county records, check access and title, and come back to you with a real number. This costs you nothing.
If the offer works for you, we close through a title company or attorney and cover the closing costs. If it doesn't, that's a perfectly fine answer.
Teal Ventures Realty is owner-run — I'm the owner, the operator, and a mom of two. When you fill out the form, it isn't routed to a sales team or scored by software — it comes to me. I'm the one who researches your property, puts your offer together, and answers when you write or call.
We're buyers, not agents. I won't list your property or charge you a commission — we buy land ourselves, pay cash, and cover the closing costs. Most of the people I hear from own a parcel that never quite found its place in their life: something inherited, or bought years ago for a plan that changed, or land that just sends a tax bill every year. If that sounds familiar, I can give you a simple way out of it.
Questions
It's a fair thing to wonder, and we'd rather you ask it than quietly assume. Getting an unexpected letter about property you own is exactly the kind of thing that ought to make a person cautious.
Here's what we'd say: there is nothing to pay us, ever, and nothing to sign on this website. We never ask for a Social Security number, a bank account, or a deposit. Any real sale would go through a licensed title company or a real estate attorney — a neutral third party who verifies everything before a dollar moves. If anyone ever asks you to wire money to buy your land, that is a scam, and it isn't us.
From public county records. Property ownership, parcel details, and tax status are public information in every U.S. county — anyone can look them up, and that's where we found your parcel and the mailing address the county has on file for you.
We didn't buy your data, and we don't know anything private about you. If you'd rather not hear from us again, just tell us and we'll take you off our list.
That's common, and honestly it's often why we wrote to you in the first place. Owing back taxes doesn't disqualify you and it doesn't offend us.
We buy land with taxes owed on it all the time. In most cases the taxes get settled at closing out of the sale proceeds, so you don't need to pay anything up front to clear them.
No. The offer is free, there's no fee to talk to us, and there's no commission because there's no agent involved. We pay the standard closing costs.
Then don't. The offer comes with no obligation attached, and plenty of people ask for one simply because they'd like to know the number before deciding anything.
You can take the offer to think about, show it to your family, sit on it for a year, or say no and never hear from us again. All of those are fine.
Usually a few weeks — most of that is the title company doing its work, not us. If the title is clean and straightforward it can be quicker.
And if you need it slower, we'll go slower. It's your land and your timeline.
